Overton Park - An Extension of your Classroom!

Situated on the A632 off ‘Slack Hill’, the Chesterfield to Matlock road, Overton Park campsite has blossomed over recent years as a firm favourite for primary & secondary school groups and various other youth groups.

Overton is so special because the site is totally unique, set in five acres with spectacular views. The village is very small and entirely residential. Though the facilities are basic, they are functional and clean. Groups have access to a large heated main hut, with fully equipped kitchen. A large freezer and refrigerator is included. All dining utensils are provided.

Separate shower and toilet block are adjacent to the main hut. Main services are present, including gas, electric and drains. Bunkhouse accomodation - can be used by camping groups sleeping fourteen in two six and one two person rooms. The Bunkhouse may also be booked by small groups as a stand alone unit. A caretaker lives in the village and is on hand to help with any small day to day problems. As with all of the camps you have full technical back up from The Stores during your stay.

Main Season April - October Cost £2800 per week (7 nights) £450 per night (min 2 nights)

  We have our own vehicles as well as obtaining vehicles from commercial companies
• Coach travel
  We can offer very competitive rates on coach travel
