Vehicle Hire Prices

No matter how big or small your group is we can advise group leaders to find suitable transport. Transport is often the most overlooked part of the planning process, yet is so important.

We can contract coaches on your behalf, our own minibuses or a selection of vehicles from local commercial hire companies at competitive rates.

If you would like a quotation for coach transport please indicate in the space provided on the booking form.

Group Transport - Minibuses
We have our own 17-seater buses available for holders of the Nottinghamshire County Council or Nottingham City Council permits to drive at £50/day or £250/week.

Please phone to discuss your vehicle requirements, as we also offer competitive rates on coach travel and light van hire.

Please note:
Minibus drivers must hold Nottinghamshire County Council or Nottingham City Council permits to drive.

There is a £250 excess charge against any one insurance claim.

Always inform your insurance section of your intentions prior to hire.

How to make a booking for equipment or buses:-

• Phone us for availability, especially minibuses, trailers and bouncy castles.
• Complete a booking form. You can fill in a minibus booking form, an equipment booking form or a camp booking form by printing a PDF version (see individual booking forms linked above) and post or fax it to us.
