Equipment hire booking

Our Equipment Hire section gives details and prices of tents, marquees, camping equipment, clothing and trailers available for hire.  Once you have decided on your requirements you can use our printable booking forms to book your equipment hire.

You can also book your transport through us

No matter how big or small your group is we can advise group leaders to find suitable transport. Transport is often the most overlooked part of the planning process, yet is so important.

We can contract coaches on your behalf, our own minibuses or a selection of vehicles from local commercial hire companies at competitive rates.
